The gap

This is what we like: the little gap in the next sixteen-day forecast is always moved forwards. This was expected to happen between eight and ten days. After dream conditions there was a direction change of the ground wind to north. For our spot this means a total fallout of the wind. Now the gap has closed up. Constantly there are bright colors showing in the graphics. And with this the prejudices of the El Médano visitors can once more be confirmed: July is the the most reliable month for good wind conditions. This is pretty difficult to prove wrong. This way, we can be happy for those who have planned their windy holiday on Tenerife. The high Azores pressure has expanded to the east. Now we have to deal with the dusty air from the Sahara. This is called Calima. No one likes it.
