And so the month of March goes out with dignity – a really pleasant farewell. With it concludes the fourth month of this winter in which we had not a single day of west wind. It continues to look like all the forecast results that have a “W” in them are just minimal errors that are corrected in the next iteration. The only exception seems to be the first Tuesday of April. We remain curious if it will stay like this.
For you it will be interesting which day of the coming week the wind gods decide to give us a break from the generous gift of moving air. Sometimes it was Good Friday, other times it was Easter Sunday. Either way it looks like the churchgoers are not going to have to skip mass in fear of missing out on some sailing.
However we already see the light at the end of the tunnel as it seems that at the end of second week there will be a high pressure area forming over the Azores. So we will have our sails filled with wind again. A shame for the visitors who will be on their plane back home  ):
