Since we were able to mess about for a few days after such a long lull period we will be given a short break for the holidays again.A shame, but since most wind-hunters are going to be on Tenerife for at least a week not many will be disappointed. And if we can believe the long term forecasts we will end the year with a bang. North east winds again! And if it gets too cold on the plaza on New Years Eve you can just throw on a jacket or something.
The start of the year also looks like we have some great conditions lined up that could very well bring us strong winds. Apart from some low temperatures it would then be pretty much like the summer. And with enough power in the sails we can easily justify the raise in prices that come into effect from the 1st of January 🙂
For now we wish all our fellow watersports lovers happy holidays with family and friends. You can leave the smartphones in your pocket and enjoy the fireworks live rather than through your screens. All the best! We will take care of our guests in the meanwhile and raise our glasses to a windy new year.
